Organizational improvement
Amendix Solutions helps organizations that lack sufficient in-house knowledge or capacity, or where no HR department, compensation & benefits team, or purchasing department exists (yet). We also advise small to large international organizations that need project support or where teams are struggling. Additionally we can also serve as an external counsellor for complaints.
Prevention of conflict
Organizations or teams struggling with difficult collaboration or tensions between colleagues can contact us. Amendix mediates with the goal of restoring collaboration, strengthening mutual trust and improving communication within organizations. We learn colleagues to engage in constructive, nonjudgmental conversations. Our efforts prevent escalation and conflict situations in the long term. We provide insight into team dynamics and everyone's contribution to them and we ensure changes in communication patterns. Our guidance is practical and our team trainings are solution-oriented, resulting in positive and more efficient teamwork.
Negotiating
Amendix can also assist with negotiations on behalf of parties: employer, employees or private individuals. This includes assistance with collective labor agreement negotiations, assisting with the purchase or sale of a private owned business and guidance in procurement processes (supplier selection) for HR systems or pension providers, for example.
We also help individuals who do not (yet) want to engage a lawyer but do need professional advice on employment matters or family negotiations. This helps to prevent legal disputes. Knowing that someone is watching over your shoulder and is protecting you from an unfair deal also provides peace of mind. Less stress, lower costs.
Advice employment conditions
We can also assist with advice on employment conditions, reviewing primary and secondary employee remuneration policies, establishing salary structures and job classifications. Amendix Solutions also drafts company reward policies, employee regulations and harmonizes employment conditions during mergers and acquisitions.
