Tailored advice for every issue
Depending on the issue at hand, Amendix or the parties involved will contact partners of cooperation. This can vary, for example a comediator for group mediations, conflicts within work councils, or team training sessions. Collaboration with a systemic coach, psychologist or energy therapist is also common. In addition, advice from a tax specialist, lawyer, notary, accountant, real estate agent or mortgage advisor may be required.
The client needs and the stage of the advisory process will determine what is needed. Consultation upfront with our client is always part of the procedure. Amendix will guide the process and together we will determine the next steps. A parallel program for individuals, involving therapy or coaching can also be part of the solution.
