Method of working
Contact
Contact us and briefly explain your needs. It is best to send an email. Don't forget to include your phone number as well as your email address.
Intake
We then schedule a free, no-obligation intake meeting of half an hour. This can be done via video call via Teams, at our office, or at another location. For mediation, we will schedule a separate intake meeting with all participants.
Proposal
Depending on your request, Amendix will send you a customized proposal with an estimated cost quote. We will also outline the process. After you accept this proposal and – if applicable – sign the mediation agreement we can start.
Process
If the process requires more or less time, we will contact you in a timely manner to discuss how we can proceed together.
Conclusion
The agreements made will be written down or the advice will be delivered. Invoicing will take place biweekly/monthly. After completion an evaluation form will be provided on which feedback can be stated.
