Hanneke Muijsers

With over 20 years of experience in international business, Hanneke has earned her stripes at leading organizations, including the Big 4 and a multinational automotive company. Her expertise covers HR, legal, tax, compensation & benefits and procurement. This broad background has given her a keen understanding of business processes, strategic decision-making and human capital.

Through her own consultancy and mediation firm Amendix, she uses her knowledge and experience to support individuals and professionals with growth, collaboration and complex challenges in change management.

Socially responsible

Besides Amendix Hanneke is committed to social work as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of Lentl, an umbrella organization for social work organizations. She is also passionate about culture and is active as member of the Supervisory Board of Poppodium Grenswerk.

She finds the diversity of her work, the various circles and the social responsibility extremely valuable.

Hanneke lives in the south of the Netherlands but works both domestically and internationally. She combines her work with her family life with three children.

Partners of cooperation

Depending on the issue at hand, Amendix or the parties involved will contact cooperation partners. This can vary, for example a comediator for group mediations, conflicts within work councils, or team training sessions. Collaboration with a systemic coach, psychologist or energy therapist is also common. In addition, advice from a tax specialist, lawyer, notary, accountant, real estate agent or mortgage advisor may be required.

The client needs and the stage of the advisory process will determine what is needed. Consultation upfront with our client is always part of the procedure. Amendix will guide the process and together we will determine the next steps. A parallel program for individuals, involving therapy or coaching can also be part of the solution.
